On April 9, 2021,Peruzzi released his sophomore album, Rum & Boogie showcasing his versatility by dividing the project into two distinct parts ‘Rum’ and ‘Boogie’. The ‘Rum’ section delves into emotional and love-themed tracks, while the ‘Boogie’ segment offers upbeat, danceable tunes, reflecting Peruzzi’s range as an artist.
The 20-track album boasts collaborations with several prominent Nigerian artists, enhancing its appeal. Notable features include Davido on “Somebody Baby,” Tiwa Savage on “Matrimony,” Don Jazzy and Phyno on “Baddest,” Fireboy DML on “Southy Love,” and Wande Coal on “Available.” These collaborations contribute to the album’s diverse sound and showcase the synergy between Peruzzi and his peers.
