The music world is about to meet a fresh new talent, as Nigerian singer-songwriter Eniafe Adedamola Adeyemo, better known by his stage name Podoski, prepares to unveil his highly-anticipated debut EP “Young And Infatuated.”
Podoski’s love for music took root during his childhood days growing up in South-South Nigeria. From an early age, he found inspiration in legendary acts like Michael Jackson, 2face Idibia, and Wizkid. As he progressed through high school, Podoski steadily sharpened his skills, keenly observing and allowing his experience to shape his artistic evolution.
While initially slated for a 2021 release, the EP encountered some unforeseen delays. However, Podoski views this postponement as a blessing in disguise, reflecting, “I’m grateful for the delay cuz God’s time is the best.”
The 5-track “Young And Infatuated” promises to deliver an authentic, unfiltered look into his life experiences. Each song, including standouts like “Why,” “YAI Interlude,” “In The Morning,” “Sex Signs,” and “Girls,” represents a genuine snapshot of his unique journey.
Podoski didn’t create this musical statement alone. He teamed up with a talented roster of producers – Zena, Timothy Infinite, Kenzy, and Josto – who helped fully realize his creative vision. The final product was painstakingly mixed and mastered by audio engineers David Iseghoede and Kidda X to deliver a rich, polished sonic experience.
The long-awaited “Young And Infatuated” is finally slated to be available on all platforms on May 10th, 2024. This debut EP release marks a feat as he prepares to share with the world his authentic artistry.
