1.) Ladipoe on Clowns By Vector
Of course we heard him on Feelings, on Won Da Mo and a lot of pop records. But that’s cause this man, Ladipoe can Rap to anything. His verse on Clown is definitely one of those timeless “Nobody else would have done it better” moment. With his verse chopping right in after a beautiful verse and hook from Vector, this song was just as solid as it should be.
A beautiful combination and it only make sense to ask for more of this collaboration to come.
2.) Lil5ive on Myself By Harry Carter
Harry Carter, a Nigerian artist, has been incredible all year with the release of projects and singles. Although he hasn’t skipped a beat, he sure does know how to look inside others and enable the greatness in them that we may still be waiting to witness.
Lil5ive is an incredibly talented artist. Saying that we love it is an understatement because Lil5ive may have given us one of the most beautiful verses you will hear today by fusing his persona, pop-influenced lifestyle, and hometown inspiration in the single titled Myself by Harry Carter
3.) Favi on Everything Green By Clido
Everything Green, which was released a while ago, has gradually grown to be one of our favorite songs around here. While there are many other interpretations of the song’s sound, we really love this verse by Nigerian artist Favi.
The synchronized ideas that were introduced in this song make it more magical even though it samples the hip hop genre of trap, rap, and melodies. We absolutely adore it.
4.) Falz on Naira to Pounds By Zoroswag
This isnt the first time, a collaboration of this sort would be happening. This combo already had one, titled Buy the Bar and yes we loved it. This time, its Falz being summoned on the record, Naira To Pounds. Come on, its Falz The Bhad Guy, What do you expect?
5.) Odumodu Blvck on Bando Diaries By Psycho YP
Odumodu Blvck has been plain out different and that’s what makes every featured verse he has been on a clean slate of “That Boy Never Miss”.
His featured verse in the single, Bando Diaries by Psycho Yp is no different. From shuffling his incredibly witty verses to how how he delivers them? We sure can all agree this was one of those verse, that just works and raises the interest of the song in its own way.
